Default 5kg's: Teddy Bears and Pink Weights Log

Woke this morning aching everywhere and doing the Robocop walk. The only part that doesn't ache is the pecs. Every other muscle is rebelling.


Yesterday: fullbody blast.

Yeah, something like that...it's the reason I only have 29 times that amount attached my finger, wouldn't want a gigantic finger

It will get better. Usually DOMS only last 48 hours. So you only have 24 hours to go.

That would help, if it weren't for the fact that I have another workout scheduled for tomorrow We're all used to DOMS though and I've had worse.

Just want to get my training kickstarted and up and running again.
