good evening , 5G.......My mouth is watering, Geesh that looks good. LOL.

The post is made in the COZ for the sista.

You dug deep, and your heart is going to reap much for this hard work.

Always believe that you will ultimately succeed at whatever you do, and never forget the value of persistence, discipline, determination, and the physical burdons in what they teach us.

One thing it teaches is that we can and will do more than we think we can, and it begins with the state of mind during the commencement of the activity....

Decided to take things easy today, though I had plans to get some stuff done whilst hubby chilled; plenty of time for that tomorrow. We did go for a walk and took some pictures, didn't want to waste the fantastic weather we had today.

Myself: Still mostly walking at the moment, I'm having some niggly pain in a few joints, so I'm going to assume it's bone related since I haven't done any weights for a little while; I seem to remember a similar issue a few weeks back, that I logged.

Some years ago, I felt something wasn't quite right but it was never persistent before; age, hmmm...I'll see how things go and may have to see a doctor, eventually, prior to that point though, I'm going to try some light yoga etc and see how the body responds...fingers crossed that I get lucky, unlikely, but it's worth a shot. Hubby reckons, at the moment, it sounds like I'm in more pain than him.

Hubby: Did a shuttle walk today as part of his assessment in prep for his rehab which starts next week and lasts for 12 weeks which is longer than we initially thought it would be.

Will do, I also reckon I slept wrong last night since one shoulder hurts like hell but I'll see what tomorrow brings. I've done some reading and will be incorporating a couple of things in to daily life and keep a general eye on the repsonse to them; and cross my fingers, of course.

15-minutes of Glutes, Quads and everything inbetween:

1 x (1) = 14 (warm-up)
56 x (2) = 7 (with 10kg load)
20 x (3) = 4/1step
1 x (1) = 14 (cool-down)

78 x (1) = 1092

Explanation:
20 x (3) = 4/1step
First number means the quantity of full trips 20
Bracketd figure means the amount of steps taken at a time (3)
Number after the equals sign indicates how many steps required to reach the top of the stairs, in this example 4/1, there was an odd number, hence the 1 step; so, 4/1 = 2 per leg and 1 odd step.

1092 is just the amount of steps taken downwards to complete the entire task.

I also wanted to check out how my hips/hip area responded but things seemed okay; my legs are jelly now.
