Hubby: 11 minutes on the exercise bike, and looking to do another 11-minute session in a little while. Very short walk today.



Myself: 30-minute Power Walk, had to go get hubby's prescription and get back to him, have lunch and then go to the docs.

Hoping to do some more KB work whilst hubby cycles; he did today's session alone, so to speak, because I wasn't overly close by; that's a good thing since it will build confidence as well which I'm going to assume is a difficult thing to do if the person gets concerned about the heart beat increasing and such. He has his Nitro spray with him at all times, though we hope he never needs it, but as with asthmatics, he has to carry that med about now at all times.

You're doing great Babs, for both yourself and your husband. Keep it up.

Had kettlebell training on Saturday for my PT course and really enjoyed it, especially the snatches, twas great fun!

Great to hear that you enjoyed doing KB snatches, they're not the easiest to learn and most end up whacking their wrists/forearms throughout, though once you get the knack, they couldn't be easier.

Decided to take things easy today, the decision was made yesterday because I could feel the shoulder work catching up a bit; I had intended doing some lower body stuff but as it turned out walking was the limit today.

Too much time spent at the hospital and dentist Took up most of the day, pretty much, between the two appointments and the way they were scheduled.

So, no weights today. We had a 25-minute walk and a few shorter ones.
