Yes sir. The original one. Hit a 450 rep with it a few months back, but that wasn't paused. That's about when I picked up a tricep injury and backtracked a bit.

Workout Time: 51 minutes

Workout Grade: B+

I was planning on doing more than 5 deadlift singles, but after 5 I decided not to put any extra strain on my lower back. It is still a little fatigued but improving.

For squats I was going to try a 6x3 rep scheme with 415, but I decided to test reps on 415 instead. Before using my current program I was unable to get more than 5 reps with 405. I tried for over a year and was never able to bust through this wall.

Today I killed it. 415 felt insanely light. I stopped at 8 reps but probably had a few more in me. I set a PR and got out before things got hairy.

My glutes really took a good beating from squats (yeah, yeah). I haven't done rep work in a while and they were feeling it pretty good after the first set. Quads got some good work as well.

Overall a decent effort. All lifts were 100% raw. No knee wraps for squats.
