Yeah, I'm with Swede! Girlfriends, mates, family, etc. can come and go, but having a physio handy right when you need it is the bomb!

Tuesdays Workout
Squat
Warmup up over 5 sets
160kgx3 (PR)

These felt good, working my way up to 3x3 then adding weight (thats my progression scheme). At this point my elbow and sub scap were hurting again. I found that i have flexible shoulders and when I back squat my hands are touching my shoulders when I grip the bar. This seems to be causing issues now, so I am widening my grip. I did that on my last set and it felt better.

Bench Press
I was meant to approach 3x3 at 110kg, but my elbow was hurting a lot. I called it.

Band Pull Aparts
3x12 with a bit more tension

Stretches for my scap and lats. My elbow pain disapeared and my shoulder felt great.

Wednesday Training
Powercleans
85kg 4x3

Felt good, I think 5x3 might be better, so I will do 5x3 at 85kg next week

Push Press
82.5kgx3
82.5kgx3
82.5kgx3

Felt FAST so I am going to 85kg next week.

Barbell Rows
92.5x5
92.5x5
92.5x5

Felt good, going up to 95kg next week.


Felt some slight pain in my elbow and sub scap, did some stretches and the pain vanished. Slowly getting better.

Last time I tested it I was on 165, the week after that I attempted 170kg and failed mid way. I plan to find out in 1-2 months, I am hoping to approach 180kg if Crom allows it.

Thanks! Yeah it is, I remember doing singles at 160kg and 165kg and they were hard. Slowly working my way up!
