Notes:
Pretty Good session. Front squat felt heavy. I didn't hit my rep goal and I may or may not reset. I'm thinking I'll grind it out next week and go from there.
Back Squat felt really good. I forgot my belt, but I don't think I really missed it. I focused on really committing to the descent. I was just really moving into it. I think it helped.

I did miss the belt by the time I got to the RDLs. By the time I got to the third set the back pumps was pretty immense. I take another shot at it next week and hopefully won't forget my belt.

I've been doing triples on my front squats. I am using low reps based on a recommendation by Charles Poliquin in an article about Front squating.
