I'll look forward to seeing how this program works out. You love your push pressing - and no wonder when you can press as much as you can.

Didn't grab a bolt yet, but got my very crappy bar back from a friend (300lb rating!). Just gave it to him last week and felt like an scumbag asking for it back. Oh well.

Get some pics of that platform when you get around to building it. Want to see how you design the floor to withstand a beating.
Ahhh but you move about 3000x the tonnage I do!

Will get pictures up when it happens. Not much time and I've been very lazy. For the design, nothing special. 2 cdx boards as the base to make it 8x8, cross two more boards perpendicularly. 4x8 particle down the center. Cut my stall mats to fit the 2x8 space on each side of the particle board. Drywall screws and liquid nail.

Thank you Kuyt. I'm not a physique-man, but I'll take it! As for the self-critique... if only you could see what runs through my head, nonstop.

Hehe, I blame gravity.

2 - 11 - 12

Clean & Push Press
-1x230
-0x240
-1x1x215
-1x2x205
-2x1x225
-2x1x235
-1x240
-2x3x215

Squat
-1x385
-5x3x365 (No ace wraps)

Pull Ups
1x22xbw
1x20xbw

Got a new bolt for the bar, but to lazy to remove the old broken bolt (will require some drilling and stuff, do that later). I like the feel of the 300-rated crap bar. Its so crappy there was a lot of whip with the 200+ clean/push presses. Its also 28mm, unlike my stronger broken bar at 31mm. Huge difference in grip strength and more conformable racking the clean. Failed first attempt at 240 pp, dropped to work on technique before going back up for a nice rep. A little pooped after 240 so I only did 2 triples.

Warming up to squats with 315 I noticed huge whipping and bending with the bar. Was a little nervous so I only worked up to 385 and some triples at 365. Didn't wrap the knees. Quick and easy. Finished with two fine sets of pull ups.

Thanks bud. Surprised myself, it was supposed to be a set of 10... then 15... then 20... then to failure.

Hehe... I should have because I wanted to use the bar for cleans/push presses with the easy grip and racking. Took a look at the bar today and it was unbelievably bent. What ya get for loading 385/365 on a 300-max bar.
