Haha. Grip is about a half inch wider than my push press - maybe 2 inches outside shoulder width. And the shoulders are holding up fairly well for now. Hopefully it stays that way... as much as I like overhead work, its a nice little break. Not only that but as I'm pretty amazed at how little energy the bench required when your not cleaning the weight into position.

Felt like complete trash today. Everything was heavy and I felt as though I lost my technique on press and squats. Despite this, daily maxes were in range of today's target. Work capacity/down sets sucked though - dropped a set from my CPP down sets and dropped a whole lot of weight for my squat down sets.

Just happy I got work in and daily maxes were fine despite awful technique. Looking forward to a whole 2 days off... got my eyes on a 250 CPP and 455 squat next week... I hope.

Off days will do you good brother, try to get some active recovery in and come back strong! Strong repwork on the CPP still.

Some active "recovery." Snatches were extremely easy, just working on catching in a full/close to full squat. The complex was a bit of a challenge but very fun to do. Weight felt light but just supporting the bar for such a long time wore me down... bar didn't touch the ground until the set was complete.
