Default JordanK91 - Want to look good by summer - Log

Hi all,

Thanks for stopping by..

So where to start,
I'm a newbie to the lifting scene.. I'm 5 foot 10, 82kg and 20 years old..
My goals are to gain strength and definition until summer. I aim to bulk after the hols.

Prior to this I had been eating 1 fast food meal (minimum) daily and before too long I noticed I was well on my way to becoming fat.
One day I looked in the mirror and thought, SH!T, I need to take some pride in my appearance asap!

So I'm starting a training log to monitor my progress to

If any of you guys have an info, suggestions or criticism down the line they will all be appreciated and taken onboard.

I will post current pics and stats also and track progress..

As you can see, my strength has lots of room for improvement.
This workout was spent trying to find my correct weights.

Nothing wrong with that for a start. Lots of good advice from some good lifters as well. You will do fine. Just as long as you go to the gym and push yourself you will be in good shape.

My only suggestion is to not feel pressured to add more weight than you need. Take a few weeks and slowly zero in on weight while trying to get the feel for the program. Then you can start focusing on progression.
