Incline dumbell press (4x8)

Close grip bench press (4x8)

Cable Crossovers (4x8)
16.25kg x8 (x4)

Skull Crushers
7.5kg plates each side of ez bar x8 (x3)

Notes:
The workout went pretty well. I'm certainly feeling it this mornin.
I was planning on trying the 28kg dumbbells for incline press but someone was using them, Markievicz came up with the idea of jumping to 30's , I struggled but got 3 reps out. Thanks for the encouragement Al.

I bet. Looks like a workout that would give you some pretty solid soreness.

Nice job on the 3 reps for that last set. If nothing else it gives you a high water mark to gun for.

That's the spirit! I'm envious because I wish I was 20 and had a clue how to train. Work hard and the next 24 months will be one hell of a journey. So many people who are 'ahead' of you will be far behind by then.

The session went well.
Increased my deadlift PR although it was a struggle I got the 120kg.
My body was very tired by the time I got to the curls so left it after I failed on just the second set.
