Incline Dumbbell Press:

Rear Delt Dumbbell Raises:
12kg's x12 (3 Sets)

Close Grip Bench Press:
50kg x8

Notes: First day of new program was rushed, hadn't planned it out properly..
Will add some structure to it today..

There was a new guy in my gym today, he came in and did dumbbell curls first. He had earphones in and was shouting the gym down on each rep. To make things worse his form was awful. At the end of every set he'd finish by roaring exhaustedly "OH JESUS!". Everyone in the place got a giggle
