Is there any other exercise to supplement the military press and arnold press that you guys would recommend for building big shoulders?
Not really. That's plenty. Getting strong on those 2 lifts will really do the most for your shoulders. It's all about strength.

Thanks, I'll keep at them so

Workout : 15/3/12

So after last weeks disaster with squats, the pressure was on to power through this session..

Squats:
70kg x8
80kg x8
90kg x8
100kg x7

115kg x1 *PR*

Dumbbell Lunges:
20kg's x8 (4 sets)

Front Squats:
20kg x8
30kg x8
40kg x8
50kg x8

Lat Pull Down:
70kg x8
75kg x8
80kg x8
85kg x8
90kg x5 *PR*

Notes:
The session went well.
This was the first time I had tried the front squats and struggled a little with holding the bar.

Great job on that 7 rep squat set, and with the PR.

100 x 7 reps , strong work.

I would say 115 is a bit shy of your 1rep max
Still take the PR and onto the next benchmark

Also time to start looking at pull ups considering you can do 95kgs for 5
That's higer than your BW if I remember correctly

Is there a reason I only managed 2 at 125kg after smashing 8's on all the previous sets?
I was pretty disappointed by this as I was expecting 4 or 5 reps
