nice weeks work there,

new Pr is good going. looking forward to seeing that .

with them machine shrugs , up the weight and down the reps!

where is the leg work this week? tonight perhaps?

The week has been a nightmare with work, struggling to get time to get into the gym because ive been dragged all over the country

Will be hoping to get a quick leg session in late tonight before the gym closes

I will hopefully have a spotter tonight so I can try beat the 105kg mark

Tried the 135kg deadlift after the 130kg but my head wasnt in it, I had given up before the bar even left the ground.. I'll try again in a couple of weeks

good work on the squats. good to see 100kgs in there .

as u know i never have a spotter with me. i work out alone.
get an ipod and thats all you need.

cheers lads..

Woke up yesterday morning with an urge to get into the gym.
I had finished my 4 day split for the week so went in and did some ab work


I tried a few new exercises from the above vid

Tried the woodchopper, hanging leg lifts, side crunches with plate and finished it off with a few crunches to finish off.
