I have really been slacking on my squats the last two months so I am getting back at it. Going to try some pause squats instead of speed work after my top set. Speed was decent on all the lifts which was what I was looking for.

Doesn't look like any "slacking" hurt your squats any! Isn't 530 like 95% of your best squat ever? You know, the pirate squat.

Haha. I tend to stick out my tongue to my left side of mouth when I bench. The Crew is finding it tough to break me of the habit.
