Nice bench and squats of course, but you can do pull aparts with a monster mini!?! Holy hell, I've got some work to do!

Thanks. I am trying something new. 3 ascending doubles with 10 pound jump. Try to add 5 pounds to each set a week. Once I stall, increase the jumps to 15 pounds, then 20.
