Oly lifts are always fun. Looked like great speed and timing to get into the rack position Mike. You may be a bit rusty, but they still looked good. You have bumper plates in that room?

Everything felt heavy and I was sluggish. Supposed to do 18 total reps so at least I got that. Just one of those days.
