Thanks guys. In retrospect, 16 sets of power cleans before squats may not be the best move for squatting heavy.

I think sacrificing a bit on squats for some unfucking real cleans is worth it.

Not too shabby benching either Mike! Always a treat to watch you lift, so keep the vids coming!
