Power Snatch 198 3 singles (I then missed 209 three times, my arm just seemed to not turn over.)
C&J 220
Power Cleaned 242 but arm lit up

Okay day. Arm is really black and blue and hindered me a little but it was good to train. It was bothering my rotation at the top of the snatch and I really felt it with the 242. The good thing is that its making me pull slower off the floor which seems to help. Instead of trying to rip the bar off the floor like a deadlift, I am squeezing and accelerating.

My employer is in Columbia. I think that's less than 2 hours from you. Should be making it there once this year.

Thanks Mike. Its a weird injury. All the bruising is in my tricep but I can press with no discomfort, I only really feel it when I do cleans.
