I did snatch grip deads last week and to my surprise I liked them, but only with my Versagripps as I could not hang on to the bar with such a wide grip. I also tried to get as much speed as I could on them.

Nice 5PPS pull there as well.

Nope. Did them off a 4 inch block. My upper and mid back are very sore this morning. I rarely get sore in that area even with high volume Oly lifting so these are doing something.

Looked like some easy pressing Mike!! Form looked solid. Just curious, it didn't look like you were locking out. Is that by choice? Just wondering if I should lock out or not on OHP. (I always do on bench)

Also liked the cameo by what appeared to be your daughter. Does she get extra allowance for helping out on planks?

She does! Its a fault of mine when I am doing higher rep sets. I am trying to be as fast as possible and when I feel my elbows extended I drop. I do try to hold the last one to make up for it. It may save my elbows and it doesnt seem to hurt my overall pressing ability. I am more deliberate with lower rep sets, though.
