300 Push press in sight, killing the bench and squats. Good stuff, Mike.

When you floor press do you arch your back or is it more flat backed? Hips too? Or do you plant your feet and keep legs tight too? Or does it not matter as the goal is a tricep exercise? Thanks.

Interesting at how you alternated between 345 and 365 on your work sets. I don't think I have ever seen that before.

I look forward to the day when 3PPS is a ramp up set for me. Awesome pressing Mike!

I am flat backed with hips on ground. You can lift your hips to more mimic your competition arch but I dont do this. I think with all assistance exercises, keep in perspective why your doing them. If your style is resulting in a bigger bench then your golden. If the assistance exercise is getting stronger with no increase in the main movement then scrap it.

First time for me also with the squats and benches. My training is planned for me so I just execute. I dont like planning for myself because I tend to overanalyze and program jump too much. I think thats a common theme with most lifters. You need a group, a coach, or both.
