Form looked really good on the SSB Squats. I could really notice how well you get your knees <>, which is something I am trying to get some consistency with. Sweet deadlift as well.

Fine. I don't pull much with the higher volume squatting. Just use a squat variation and some lighter pulling on my second squat day. My pr is 610 and if I try to do both heavy then I run into recovery issues with the volume squatting.

I agree 100%. I have only used it once with the Crew, but it sure took alot of extra work to stay upright and tight.
