One day for pause benching and pressing with the other for push pressing has really been working without stressing out the pec.

Nice. Once in the 400 club, always in I say. You just took a break from paying the dues for a while.

Getting it done with the squats there. Way to overcome.

Had to laugh about the pushup comment. Yeah, I bet you can do some pushups. Hoo Rah!
