You are doing so good on all of your lifts ... Whenever I read your log it always inspires me to do better. Hopefully you will be preparing for something actually big ... great going Mike ... keep smashing the wts. ...

Thanks guys. Bench is aorund 400 right now if I can just keep the pec cooperating. I am happy that I have been able to gain about ten pounds in the last 6 weeks without becoming a total fat ass. The high volume work has been doing me good.
