Nice work Mike!

Good tip about push press too. I love them, but I began to realize they are a little bit of an ego lift as they don't seem to translate well into bringing up other lifts.

I did the same thing! My back was hurting so bad that I told myself that I would just do three. Then you got to do one more. Then hey, its only two more reps!
