Thanks Ravi!

Steve-Oly will be moved to the back burner. My joints cant seem to take the jumping and stomping with weight multiple times a week. Still going to clean but once a week. I need to build my strength back up for the time being.

Squat (used a buffalo bar to keep strain off collarbone)

Took forever to warm up but not bad for first heavy squat in awhile.

Once I got going I was fine but those first sets were painful! I rarely use it but I am going to use it while my collarbone heals up. I usually squat more on a straight bar so maybe I will see a jump when I switch back.

I notice that too. When I get to a meet I seem to experience a nice bump.

My upper back must have gotten bigger or something but I couldn't get the bar comfortable on my back. Since I am giving oly a break, I decided to go back to the old tried and true. Thought about trying out some new stuff, but what the hell for? Since I am just starting back squatting, 505 will be a good target for the first heavy week back.
