Awesome fight for that 292! Nice snatch PR too. Bench and squats looked EASY.

Great stuff, Mike!

No chance that E-book sells though. First page will be to start by squatting 475 for a double and bench 315 5x3. I'm guessing most Ab warriors will move on to something else after seeing that!

In alot of pain today. Knees and IT band. I cut the power cleans at 264 because I was unconsciously splitting instead of squatting down. Need a couple of days off.
