Thanks swede!

Both really. Steve, it was a dull pain that started after my last clean. It got worse the next day and I thought I pulled something in my chest. Its not that because I can flat bench so who knows. It was similar to a pain that I used to get when I did a lot of shirted benching the only difference is that its not really going away.

Tried to squat but I cant hold a bar behind my head without it feeling like my pec is going to tear. Tried to figure out something I could do. Motivation is at a negative number.

Front Squat
135x5
225x5
315x4
365x3
385x2
405x1
315x6

Deadlift (First time since around February)
135x3
225x3
315x3
405x3
495x2.5 (dropped at third due to pulling on collarbone)

GHR 3x8
Back extensions 3x20

Not good at all. Props for getting those front squats done though. Hope this improves on it's own, and fast.

Thanks Steve, Swede, and MAB! MAB I have a SSB but I was too lazy to replace the power bar in rack so I just did front squats.

Last two
Friday
Palms up dumbbell curls 3x8
Barbell Curls 95 3x10
Hammer Curls 35 2x8
Green band pushdowns 100 reps
nosebreakers 95 4x10

Tried a military press with a close grip to see if it bothered my collarbone. Felt okay.
135x5
155x5
175x5
195x5

Saturday
Kept it lighter feeling out the injury

Power Snatch (kilos)
40x3
50x2
60x2
70x2
80x1
90 4 singles
95x1

Clean followed by two front squats and jerk
40x3
60x3
80x1
90x1
100x1
C&J
110x1
120x4 singles

FS
135x5
225x3
315x3
