Thanks everybody for the encouragement. I am jealous of you MAB! I couldnt roll the weights you pull on the ground when I was your age! I can roll them now, I just cant pick them up.

I screwed up something in my collarbone area catching a clean saturday. I was in alot of pain the last two days and tried to snatch the empty bar today and it lit that area up. I wasnt in the mood to squat (took an Army physical yesterday and they took about a gallon of blood from me) so I decided to pump it up. Its been awhile!
