Your more than strong enough to do it. I have done it in the past but I wore a belt and you squat 40 more pounds than I do. Anybody thats says that lifting weights is all anaerobic has never done a 5x5 squat with a weight thats a tough weight for five.

Thats some serious squatting Mike. Im currently on a 5x5 for squats myself so I know the huffing and puffing involved hehe. Keep up the good work!
