Great stuff, Mike! Big weights tossed around in here.

Why pull from blocks? It looks hard to get the timing right. Wouldn't hang cleans be easier? Or is it that you use so much weight, that would be too much unecessary strain on your grip and shoulders just from holding the weight? Just curious.

Thanks guys.
Blocks are better for me because I can put the bar exactly where I want it to start each time. I need to actually start higher, past the double knee bend, so I get used to getting under the bar and catching it. Something you really cant do if your sliding the bar around.
