Thanks man. I got along way to go before I can show off! I was telling my coach that all of a sudden I could keep my hands on the bar and hold it in the rack position. It surprised me so much that I had to think about it before I jerked the barbell.

Will do. Its the Power/Starr shrug but I am using it specifically to overload the second pull of a clean. I guess you could call them clean shrugs from the rack, probably better than my description. I make sure that I can really shrug sharply and get up on my toes like I was going to try to clean the weight. Since some people warm up this movement by doing a hang clean and I thought they would be a good movement to add to help my clean.
