Crappy day

Snatched up to 92.5 (203.5) felt and looked awful
Bagged out on C&J
High Bar squats against green bands
135x3
225x3
315x3
405 3x2
took bands off
500x1

A little advice for whoever wants to start Olympic lifting. Make sure you start before you have gained any considerable strength in the power lifts so you cant out squat and pull the guys you train with by 150 pounds on each. It will make it a lot easier when they beat you in the oly lifts.

Just get back it there and smash it next time mike! I know what you mean it sucks when you can deadlift 500 for reps but can only snatch 95 correctly.
