Clean day
did a bunch of submaximal cleans up to 120ish (stopped when it turned into a power clean also tried pulling with my belt on)

clean pulls bunch of sets with 120, 130,140

jerk recovery up to 345 (these are an absolute bitch)

Snatch up to 90 (missed 95 once and second is on vid! )

Clean and Jerk was an abortion. Fingers kept sliiping off. Went up to 115 but I missed 120 clean twice.

High Bar squats 455x2

Got talked into deadlifting went up to 510

Strong work Mike! Do you use a hookgrip? I experimented a bit with it today and it was awkward at first but much stronger.
