Thanks. I need to start Front squatting more. When I was squatting multiple times a week I would warm up by hitting a heavy front squat then strip the bar back down to 3 plates and work up to a training max on back squats.

With your mentioning of flexibility earlier, take a look at this video and maybe give some of the stuff a try. Worked very well for me...
