Are you currently doing some type of stretching/ myofascial work around the elbow.
Have you tried using a tennis ball as a foam roller couple times a day?
I want to thank you. You mentioned this to me before when I was moving and had worn out my foam roller. I recently got a rumble roller and had forgot what you told me. I rolled them last night and I swear they were noticeably better today.

Strong Pressing.

Recommend continuing to work the tissue for several days after the pain is gone. I initially stopped working the area after the pain was better only to have it return. Next time I kept working the area for days afterwards then stopped working it daily. Finally would work the area only after a heavy training sessions it hasn't given me a problem since.
That's what we're here for helping each other achieve our goals.

Thank you guys.

Front Squat
135 2x5
225x5
315x3
405x1

Back Squat
315x3
405x3

Front Squat
315 5x3

Ended up calling an audible on this one. My head wasnt in it (lack of sleep) so I just did Front Squat backoffs. I may end up keeping it, it works for Dan green so a day just for FS may be worth a go.

Strong work Mike. Yeah, I guess if it works for Dan Green, it might be worth a shot. Haha.

Good idea about that tennis ball OMP. I have used a lacrosse ball, but I just realized because of what you wrote that something with a little more give might work better in some spots.

Thank you guys. The back squat, front squat and dead day may work for me.
Leg Curls 2x
Leg Ext 2x
Deads
135x5
225x5
315x3
405x5 (this was more than I expected)
455x3

Block Pulls
225x3
315x3
405x1
425x3

4 inch deficits
225x3
315x1
405x5

Good news is the frequent squatting and alot of stretching and foam rolling has allowed me to finally deadlift without feeling completely like someone is stabbing me in the lowerback. The bad news is I am weak as hell.
