My elbow is screwed up right now and I am having problems locking it out. Just need some rest and it will be good. Proud of my training partner. We did an old pyramid I have and he did 175x8, 195x5, 210x3, 250 3x1, 200x5. This is a guy that struggled to double 225 his first day when I was testing his bench.

Are you currently doing some type of stretching/ myofascial work around the elbow.
Have you tried using a tennis ball as a foam roller couple times a day?
