Back is still bothering me so I took it easy and just worked up by 5s to 405 to start somewhere. Did the light powercleans after but the humidity was making me lose my grip with chalk and a hook grip. I will problay just deadlift next week after squatting if I feel up to it.

I decided to not baby my back today and try out some knee wraps which I havent worn since I did a meet in them in 2011. I forgot how to wrap my knees, how to squat in them, and what a pain in the ass it is putting them on getting ready to squat.
