Awesome way to start the day! Hope you didn't kick sand in anyone's face. (Holy Moly, come to think of it, you'd be a beach bully's worst nightmare! haha.)

Great lifting. Nice trick with the plates there to keep the bar in the right spot for reps. That's what they were there for right? Looks like it.

ANd your garage looks like mine with all the bikes and tricycles. Now, I just wish the weather looked the same here. Raining cats and dogs for days here in Richmond.

Good to hear from you Mike! Yeah the joys of a 5 year old. The first ten minutes of my session is moving all the toys.

I like having the detached two car garage to train in but it is very hot. I started working out first thing in the morning around 630. I still sweat alot but its tolerable.
