Thanks MAB. Seems to be fine, just some bruising.

Not a great day.

Power Clean&Jerk worked up to 120
Clean High Pulls worked up to 150x3
Jerk recovery worked up to 245x1

Long vid, I put most of my Power cleans in here

This will be interesting to see what it does for my deadlift. The weights lighter but the total volume of pulling is through the roof. My coach pulled an easy 585 with straps a couple of weeks ago and he hadnt been training. He just jumped in with me after practice since I was getting ready for that last meet.

I have been seriously undereating. I felt ten times better this afternoon (I ate my face off) and really wanted to train while my daughter was napping. Since I havent benched in three weeks, I decided what the hell. Really suprised. I guess all the shoulder work is working.

I spent a lot of time last year working on Olympic variations like high pulls, cleans and power snatches and my deadlift took a big jump during this ride. Learned a lot about explosive pulling too. Hope it carries over well for you.

Strong bench work.

I noticed the same thing. I've been doing a lot of power cleans and power snatches and I hit a 65 lb. deadlift PR last week. My deadlift had been stuck since last summer.

Great work Mike. Awesome benching The power snatch has always seemed like an intimidating lift. I love power cleans though.

Thanks. I wouldnt be doing them without a coach. I actually prefer them now to power cleans.
