Felt like death warmed over today. The narow grip benching protects my pecs and shoulders but it is playing hell with my elbows. I almost quit at 225 but was able to get a decent workout in.

Great work Mike! Strong ass benches there man! Hope the elbow issue goes away, maybe sleeves would help, unless you're wearing them already. Keep working hard big Mike!

Elbows: Have you done any tissue work for your elbows? Massage, Roller, Tennis ball
I had tendonitis in my outer forearm did some deep tissue work multiple times a day for a few day worked better than a bottle of nsaid,all better.lol
