Haha, those sets of 8 still haunt me! JB's program certainly does work if you're willing to take your medicine the first four weeks!

Thanks guys. I liked the 8s Mike, it was a nice break. Try paused 6s at a near 6rm after a submax single. You will be missing the touch and go 8s!
