I may and the only reason I am on the fence is that I am moving some time in the near future so theres alot going on. With that, I dont like doing my on programming so its problay what I need to do. Today, I felt like crap and when 385 felt heavy I decided to go give the day 1 a go because any heavy work wouldnt have happened.

I do encourage everyone on this site to support J and buy his book. Its a solid program that lays it all out for you. The program is silmilar to what I have used for the majority of my meets and it works.
