Thank you fellas.

Finished up this evening. Seemed lame to just do face pulls and laterals so I pressed some too. Pretty smoked form all the benching a few hours earlier.

I didn't know you had some lower back problems, but those pulls looked solid and strong, almost like you haven't missed a beat. I imagine all the squatting you do has helped with that.

Great news tho that you are back at it and we will have some great vids to watch in the coming months.

every vid is a textbook lift; awesome to see heavy weight moved with correct form. crazy to watch you press 225 easier than i press 135

Still really sore and tired from yesterday. Trained anyway because my wife was home. I could tell by my warmups that my regular pause work wasnt going to happen (everything felt heavy). Just did some T&G reps for fun and bagged it. I do think I am going to start doing my submax singles T&G then do my pause work.
