Notes: Another bad squat day. My knees, hips and chins have started to hurt just from walking lately. Probably just an aftertouch of the flu. Back under the bar soon for revenge!

Leg Extension - 4x10
Leg Curl - 4x10

Box squat
8 doubles with 160kg

Close stance Squat
8x70kg
2x8x100kg

My head was not in the game today and was feeling sick and out of breath.

They can't all be blockbusters Mr. Swede. Having said that, it was still a big session by most standards. I'm quite confident that you will be feeling better and smashing harder in no time at all.

Thank you Josh, appreciate the encouragement.

Tomorrow I will help my friend to move all the dumbells, bars and weights to the new built gym. It will be great. The new facillity is 800 square meters and has platforms a d bumper plates etc. Also we plan to set up a benchpress and and a chinup bar outside by the pool area for some bro benching this summer. Jacked and tanned! :-))

Notes: Getting coaching on my deadlift right now. Since I teared my erectors I have a great lack of strength in the muscles between my shoulder blades. Moar rows is my prescription to cure this.

Speed deadlift
3x60,100,140,180kg
Added blue band
5 sets of 3 with 180kg

Cable row, to chest
8 sets of 8-10, top set at 120kg

Chins, 5ct negative
5 sets of 5

Cable crunch
5 sets of 8-20

Pressing overhead tomorrow.
