Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thank you! JT - Since I stopped benching due to shoulder issues Ive built a great work capacity over head. I can press heavy every other day and still recover aslong as I have an eye on volume. Sticking to one massive press session acweek now though since im on a split routine kind off.


9/1 - ThickBack McDeadlift

Notes: Had a rough day at work so figured I should do the deadlift to calm the fuck down. Still not pulling heavy so repped out 150kg to get my swole on.

Speed Squat
3x4x60kg
3x4x80kg
*1breath per set, high bar narrow stance. Lightning fast and tight.

Deathlift
8x150kg
8x150kg
8x150kg
20x100kg - dbl oh
*Still feeling awkward but better than last week. Good considering its only about a month since I tore my erectors.

WG Lat pulldowns w fat gripz 50kg - 15,15,10
BB Curl - 100x20kg (I curled in the bench press and it was awesome!!!)


Wrestling tomorrow and doing events training with the big crew saturday. Pretty satisfied with 2-3 days of lifting, 1 GPP day (wrestling) and one event training day a week.

Thats me too. At rep 15 I am breathing hard. By 20 I am DONE.
It takes 5 minutes for my breathing to return to normal.
