8/11 Press

Notes: Going through a rough period right now in my life but I will make things go right. Finances etc... Anyway I can notice the stress in my training and on my ability to recover. Got some strains and pains so will lower both volume and intensity some to stay healthy.

The last weeks ive noticed some pinching in my front delts and collar bone tendons. This might be an imbalance from all the press from chest so figure I should bring my press from behind the neck up and also do some direct rear delt work. Good call - discovered that im very weak and uncomfortable pressing bhn, so now ive got a "new" lift to bring up;-)

Enough with the ranting, here goes! Great training as always btw!

Your session always amazes me ... lots of strength and volume ... 60Kg is heavy for BHN presses ...
