Notes: Sore from my calves to my trapz. Got coaching on farmers today and did some good runs. Need to practice my turns since I will do 80kg farmers for max distance at the comp. Did not go heavier than 80kg today, my palms are a mess from the last weeks work

One leg Leg Extensions

80kg for 60-70meters - PR distance, I want 100m+ on the comp. That would be something!

*Right calf were starting to hurt so stopped after this.

Just my opinion, but if you're training for a specific event in a contest that will be a fixed weight for distance or reps I wouldn't exceed the contest weight and just work on the distance.

Will this be your first strongman contest?
