Notes: Ok training today. My benchpress REALLY suck and have not moved up much in about a year and a half. Occasinal rep pr though but that barely keeps the morale up. My left rear delt is smaller and weaker than my right from an old injury, gonna give it some attention and see what happens with my bench #s.

* 2nd time I do this lift and messed around with the clean a bit. With this weight (pretty light for me) it was much easier to just powerclean the sucker straight to my chest than to first pull it to tighs or belly. Doubt it will work when it gets heavy though ;-)
