Thanks guys, appreciate it!

20/5 Extra session / Assistance work

Notes: upper back and lat work, picked 3 exercises and did them for time. Breaks and weight increses/decreses as needed.

Lat Pulldown, variatibg grip
50-80kg in sets of 5-12 for 15mins.

Plate loaded row / low pulley row
15 mins, 50kg each arm on the plateloaded, dropsets etc on the low pulley

BB Shrug
220kg for sets of 8 for 10mins, think i did 7 or 8 sets

SICK pump going on and trapz are on fire! :-)
