Will do. He's a brutal bench presser (200kg raw at age 22, an hes not even competing) but i can outdeadlift and outsquat him any day =)

9/2 Deadlifts and pancakes

Comments: Very good deadlift session today. Went up to post injury 1RM and focused on form and speed. Lowerback was stiff and achy pre training, when I was done it felt 100%, it probably neaded a beating.

Used the new eleiko today again, it was glued to my fists. Great barbell.


Pre-deadlift meal: 8-10 pancakes, whipped cream, raspberry jam, alot of milk. Nomnom =)

Sumo Deadlifts
Warmups, then..

3x140kg
3x170kg
3x200kg -added thin weightliftingbelt
1x210kg *Felt pretty light and fast, but slowed down a bit just before lock out so I settled for that one today.


Conventional
3x190kg
3x190kg
3x190kg

*5-10s hold on top of all last reps.

Seated Cable Row
2x8x120kg

Superseted with..

V-Grip Pulldown
2x8x60kg

Plank
3x45s
